Ask yourself: can a stranger tell who you help and how you help them at a glance?

Better: I help biotech and pharma CEOs close deals and scale globally with clarity and systems.


Step 2: Post Consistently to Build Trust

Social media is a trust engine.
The algorithm prioritizes accounts people DM and engage with. That means your daily content is your silent salesperson.

Post consistently — even short insights, reflections, or case studies — and repurpose them across LinkedIn, Instagram, and your website.


Step 3: Add Clear Call-To-Actions

If you want inbound leads, every post needs an easy next step.
Examples:

  • “DM me ‘Growth’ for my free audit checklist”

  • “Comment ‘Ready’ if you’re scaling your team this quarter”

  • “Grab my free guide to CEO brand positioning”

Without a CTA, attention fades. With one, conversations begin.


Step 4: Focus on the Four Growth Skills

To grow your business, master these four areas:

  1. Marketing: Build awareness and attract leads.

  2. Sales: Convert leads into clients through clarity.

  3. Fulfillment: Deliver results that create retention.

  4. Leadership: Build systems and empower people.

If you had to focus on one, start with marketing — it drives everything else.

Your business is a marketing company with a service or product attached.
When you view your brand through this lens, every post, ad, and story becomes a lead magnet in motion.


Final Thought
